It is time to break the cycle of recidivism.

This site is my personal contribution to addressing a real PROBLEM that costs taxpayers hundreds of billions annually, impacts millions of people (crime victims), and generations of AMERICAN families.

The common thread to a national problem.

- Limited education.

- Limited job skills.

- Limited life skills.

- Lack of stability.

- Poor decisions.

- Dependence on drugs and alcohol.

Please join us as we lobby our congressman to introduce two law changes and move the program forward.

Sincerely yours,

Gary

Lena Coley 1912 - 2001, Kina, Oklahoma.

This is a brief history of the women in our family over the last 100 years.

Lack of education, alcohol, drugs, and poor decisions played a significant role in their lives.

Gene & Bonnie Jennings, early 1960's.

Bonnie Coley Jennings passed away in 1972 (age 36) from drugs, and alcohol-related issues, daughter of Lena Coley.  Three children: Patty, Suzy, Gary,

Suzy & Patty

Suzy and Patty tragically followed their grandmother's and mother's path; both passed away in their early 40s from drug, and alcohol-related issues.

Suzy had three daughters; two live normal lives (University graduates), and one follows a similar path as Lena, Bonnie, Suzy, and Patty (Drug, and alcohol issues).

B. Jennings

"B" is following a similar path as Lena, Bonnie, Suzy, and Patty, age 42 (Drug, and alcohol-related issues).

Gary K. Jennings (Son of Gene & Bonnie Jennings)

I was delivering an environmental speech to 500 people (Salton Sea Project, CA).  Please see Bio, LinkedIn, and Facebook for details—no issues with drugs, alcohol, or recidivism.
