This site is my contribution to addressing a problem that costs taxpayers billions annually, impacts millions of people (crime victims), and affects generations of families.
The common thread.
- 82% of inmates did not graduate high school.
- 50% of all inmates return to prision by year five.
- Limited parenting skills.
- Limited critical thinking skills.
- Limited education.
- Limited job skills.
- Limited life skills.
- Lack of stability.
- Poor decisions.
- Unstable parents.
- Dependence on drugs and alcohol.
Please join us as we lobby our congressman to introduce two law changes and move the program forward.
Sincerely yours,
Gary

Brief history of the four women in our family (Coley/Jennings) over the last 100 years.
The lack of education, alcohol abuse, drug addiction, mental health issues, incarceration and poor decisions played a significant role in their lives.

Bonnie Coley Jennings passed away in 1972 (age 36) from drugs and alcohol-related issues, the daughter of Lena Coley.
Four children: Patty, Steve, Suzy, and Gary.

Steve, Suzy, and Patty tragically followed their grandmother's and mother's path; all three passed away in their mid-40s from drug and alcohol-related issues.
Suzy had three daughters; two live normal lives (University graduates), and Ms. B follows a similar path as Lena, Bonnie, Steve, Suzy, and Patty (Drug, and alcohol issues).
"B" is following a similar path as Lena, Bonnie, Steve, Patty, and Suzy, age 45 (Drug, and alcohol-related issues). Status: Incarcerated.

Lifelong entrepreneur, sailor, advocate for social justice, and inventor. No history of drugs, alcohol, or incarceration.
