- Current Law: Inflation Reduction Act.
- Target audience: High School dropouts.
- GOAL: Fund and graduate 2,000 HS students annually.
- Annual cost: $ 30.0 million (2,000@$15,000 each).
- Avoided cost: $ 600.0 million (2,000@$300,000 each).
2. Amend Public Law 117-169 (Tax Credit Funding - Job Training).
- Current Law: Inflation Reduction Act.
- GOAL: Fund and train 500 inmates for future employment.

3. Amend WOTC section 51 (Employer Incentive).
- Current Law:
- GOAL: Increase $ 2,000 to $ 25,000 per worker.
- GOAL: Incentivize 2,000 employers to hire former inmates.
